I have been specializing in custom cake creations for over three years, during which time I successfully completed my Certificate III in Cakes and Pastry.
My commitment to quality is reflected in my use of premium ingredients and carefully refined, time-tested recipes.
I love to incorporate seasonal fruits and local produce into my products, and I welcome inquiries about flavors not featured on my website.
I am a regular vendor at the Cohuna Farmers and Makers Markets, held on the fourth Sunday of each month, where I offer a selection of freshly baked cakes and sweets. If you're in the area, I encourage you to come down and enjoy a homemade treat.
